What we are doing to upgrade our website to improve accessibility and security for customers.

Whistleblowing policy

The Whistleblowing Policy sets out how workers can raise concerns without fear of victimisation, discrimination or disadvantage. Whistleblowing is the term used when a worker passes on information about wrongdoing at work.

We are committed to the highest possible standards of openness, integrity and accountability. As part of that commitment, we expect workers and contractors who have serious concerns about any aspect of our work to come forward and voice those concerns.

If you are a Cardiff Council employee, please visit the HR pages on the intranet for more information.

Contractors' staff are also covered by the Whistleblowing Policy and should report any concerns about matters that we are responsible for or the conduct of council staff to us.

We will investigate any concerns fully and fairly, and they will be kept confidential.
