Cardiff Council's Digital Strategy 2025 to 2030 sets out how we will use technology to deliver better services for citizens and create smarter ways of working for staff.
Our 5 key principles
The strategy has 5 key principles:
- The citizen is at the centre of our design.
- Processes will be supported by the right solutions.
- Our platforms will work alongside our workforce.
- Our technology will increase collaboration to improve outcomes.
- Our developments will be continually monitored, assessed and improved.
These principles guide how we build, deliver, and improve services, making sure they are accessible, effective, and designed with both staff and citizens in mind.
