The cost includes VAT.
If more than 1 appointment is missed, the service will need to be re-booked, and you will need to pay in full again.
If no pests are found or there are pests we do not treat, we will refund 50% of the charge.
Commercial properties
Commercial properties must have a minimum of 3 visits.
We charge £85 for the first hour of rodent treatment. The additional half hourly cost is £42.50. All prices include VAT.
The cost of spray treatments will vary depending on the size of the property and time of day we treat.
We offer annual contracts at competitive rates.

If you are still having problems with the same pests after treatment, you can book a follow-up appointment.
Cancelling an appointment
You must give 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment. If the notice is not given, this will count as 1 appointment from your treatment plan.
