Cardiff Council is assisting in the billing and collection of a levy being charged on certain businesses in the city centre for the purposes of a scheme known as the Cardiff Business Improvement District.

How and where can I pay my BID Levy?
You can make payments using any of the following methods.
Pay BID Levy Online
Use our secure on-line payment system to pay your BID Levy.
Please remember to have your 9 digit account number, beginning "505" and payment details to hand.
By Telephone using a Debit/Credit Card

By Post
Please send your cheque/postal order together with your payment details, (account number and address of property to which the bill relates) to:
